I just hope ESPN keeps their tradition of picking up the Auburn game at night in Tiger Stadium before CBS can get their hands on it. The only game that could be better than us that week is Florida-Tennessee.
After the two 15 year contracts the SEC signed with CBS and ESPN in 2008, ESPN no longer gets to pick over CBS in any week.
Guess I'll be drinking out of my coconut shell well before sunrise...not that drinking before sunrise is all that unusual during football season. Really hoping for a night game against Auburn, though.
As others have stated, I am tired of having to play all of these day games at home. Looks like our only chance for a conference night game at home now is Auburn on 10/22. Hope we at least get that one. It would really suck to have no conference night games at home! That said, why can't the Arky game be on Saturday, as it has the last couple of years? :geauxtige
Hey, I remember being in DV for 'Bama last Nov.6; second half began with those words of TERROR to visiting teams: "When the sun finds its home in the western sky it is a field of glory for sure ...But much more than that it is a sacred place, And it is Saturday night in Death Valley." It got dark really fast and y'all know what happened to Little Nicky & the Pups then....... There is NOTHING, (repeat), NOTHING like an in-conference night game in DV.
It's a conspiracy, as they are trying to make sure Bama vs. OU BCSNCG they are trying to take away from LSU every way they can
