A very good coach is a very good thing. I think so too, but if Bama can avoid injuries to key people, they could find themselves in a BCS bowl. I hope so, certainly the West Division is "where it's at" in the SEC in this decade. Bama over Georgia . . . Ole Miss over Florida . . . Auburn over Tennessee. It could be a bloodbath.
At this rate, Vandy will win the East. Does anyone else suspect that the Florida players totally looked past Ole Miss? Now Florida has their backs against the wall. LSU has a much tougher road to November 8th than the Tide does.
How in the heck does USC stay in the top 10??!!! They get beat soundly for 3.5 qtrs by a bad Oregon team. Oh yeah this is AP.....idiots, I swear idiots. Yet UGA gets beat handly by a #8 team and they actually drop them below USC......paahhleease. Interested to see what the coach's poll do. Oh well, I think Bama probably deserves to jump LSU because our D wasn't exactly stellar and 10pt win over MSU isn't that impressive. But it is startling to see a #8 go all the way to #2, when they beat a #3. Again this is AP. I don't think Coach's will be quite as generous, but I won't fret over it and because we have UF and UGA coming up. Just win baby win.
