LSU is no stepping stone for ANY school, period. The only reason any coach leaves is for a dream job or LSU isn't willing to pay them. Thing is, LSU is O's dream job. Regardless, the man should be paid accordingly.
He’s leading the #1 ranked team in CFP rankings this week, basically #1 in recruiting, recruited the Heisman front runner to join us, and gave him a passing game coord. to allow his success, is leading an undefeated team against one of the toughest schedules in history, and he’s a coach who is LA proud! What else could someone accomplish or hope for in less than 3 years!
he's the one coach that doesn't need a buyout (not that he doesn't deserve it)... he is exactly where he wants to be...
You and me both buddy. I was flat out opposed to firing Miles, to confess all. I thought God would punish us, but perhaps we just yielded to His will by the looks of it.
Plus, were it Miles as coach we’d have chalked up another humiliating loss thanks to his mind-boggling stubborn conservatism, pushing a land game against an unrelenting center force. CLM could not think out of the box!
