He is and if they hold, huge wins. But the o-line needs help and that is a glaring hole right now. With few spots left, gonna be tough to overlook
Bet Oeaux fills that need too. First priority as we all know was the DL and he certaintly filled that hole. Oeaux always it seems has surprises when we get close to signing day bet the OL needs will be met.
If we get a good haul on the lines it’ll be Eaux’s first time doing so. I’m excited for the upcoming season, but I don’t like smoke blowin.
Despite everything that has been said but not done in the past I can't help but have a bit of cautious optimism for this season. We only caught a glimpse of the surface in the spring game and the full range of the innovations Joe Brady has brought from the Saints won't be seen in the opener vs Georgia Southern. The OL should be better if only because of having more experience than last year and if Ed Ingram returns all the better. The quick passing game should cover some deficiencies in pass blocking if the ball leaves Joe Burrow's hand before the pass rush can put pressure on. We will find out a lot in Austin in early September.
Betting a couple of DL recruits will be switched to OL especially if we get Guillory or Roy. Also bet their will be a couple of surprise OL recruits signing with us when it's all said and done.
