Disagree. We had key recruits decommit or openly question their commitment and come back. We had people committed elsewhere take a serious look at flipping to LSU. We had a major flip at a position of need. This has been an outstanding job no matter how it ends up.
I agree but if he can still get Wilson and Fuller it's gonna be ok. If not.... this class will be somewhat of a disappointment.
One can argue that O even being on those kids radar was very strong. I can imagine how many more we stand to lose without our coordinators on board and any other name not in consideration for the HC job. There is truly a much more fucked up way to look at all of this, really.
Good to see he stuck with us over the last 2 weeks. Another LB on top of Phillips and Queen wasn't what anyone was expecting a month ago. Plus we are all of the sudden trending heavily for Chaisson and maybe Bryant. Expect Harris to be official to LSU soon too... I think we kept Farrell after last night. We lost Guidry because he has to stay in JUCO for another year. I won't be able to be around much today with work but will pop in and out.
Need Wilson and chaisson to make this a good day. The front 7 will be a nightmare. Devonta smith on top would make it an A+ but I'm not expecting all of these to happen. I think smith goes to Bama.
