Mathis and Jenkins had plenty of contact during Unofficial visits, official visits, and calls. The 1st coach out of Chaisson's mouth was Jenkins. Seems like a scripted excuse because it wasn't true at all.

Last night there was concern because the FSU sites were stating he was locked in. But the FSU sites had quite a few misses today. Not sure what to think about Ohio St. But they need him bad. I just can't see him leaving that far from home...his mom and disabled brother want to be able to drive and come see him and Wilson has confirmed on multiple occasions that the ability for them to travel to see him was very important. With him being a heavy lean to LSU for quite some time now on top of all that, I am sticking with LSU but can't say that with 100% confidence. Also I am hearing about a potential surprise signeee but can't say more than that right now.
No Having said that I can't believe he is going to sign with Bama with the WR they have enrolled early and in the current class. All of which are very similar to him athletically and physically. But haven't heard anything that suggest he isn't signing with Bama.
