He's getting improved DL recruiting which will help, but we definitely need better LB recruiting. It's going to be hard to do if water head keeps himself on the hot seat. However we have had very good defenses without high quality LBs, that have depended on high quality DL and DBs. The difference the last few years has been the dropoff on the DL. I think Aranda will put together some quality defenses, they just won't be great until LB recruiting improves. This was supposed to be the year until Miles forgot to evolve his offense.
With Miles great time management skills he may have completely forgotten to add it to his to do list.
