What you have? I was told that by many over the last year and some as close as it can get to his recruitment. They staff knew this but kept pushing as much as possible.
Probably some of the same people! LOL, as close as close gets on my end, but they all obviously played a lot of games if you were getting word that he wasn't serious. Even though FSU at one point and Auburn lately made pushes it was never anyone but LSU or Bama. Word I was getting was before the season it was as good as done. He was about to commit in the summer when everyone was pro-LSU, then some folks got in his ear encouraging him to wait it out a bit. Then when things fell apart he migrated more towards Bama. The dentist is a helluva recruiter in north La. I'm not overly optimistic about Mathis either.
He does need to get the staff settled though. Stop waiting on guys who might come and focus on great guys that want to be here. I'm sure you know more about that side, but hopefully everything falls into place when the OC is hired.
