Agree, I didn’t predict we would win 9. Hoped we would but read all the preseason crap and got “Skeered”
Man to me it's as plain as the day what we need on offense. Davis and Emery will fix one of our issues next year and that is having 2 big time RB's like Bama and Ga have and man they are both big time. The other is Burrow having a year to work with E and get timing down with his recievers along with hopefully a beefed up Brennan and a 3rd good QB with passing skills and mobility (Parrish). Also we will have a veteran and very deep recieving corp. Lastly we will have a healthy and deeper OL. If E doesnt do very well with this group even I will question his worthiness. In my mind he did a very good job with all the issues this year.
Aren’t we getting close to the early signing day? What are the expectations of who will sign? Any updated list for signees?
There is an article in the LSU News section about it. Doesn't say too much though. Probably have to scroll down a ways, I saw it yesterday.
Believe its the 19th of this month, and the latest I've seen is that all of the major verbals we have to this point will sign early.
Don't quote me, but I'm pretty sure it was Emory's dad who said he would enjoy his entire senior year of high school.
Shea Dixon said he expects Emery will sign early, but he cannot enroll early. Huge get. . Ideally, we close with Nakobe Dean, his teammate Raydar Jones, Devonta Lee from Amite and we somehow pull his teammate Ishmael Sopsher even if it means taking his brother which I doubt Nick will do. We need defensive linemen in the worst way.
