Very productive 5 days of recruiting for the Tigers, pulling in (re 247sports rankings) a 5-star and 2 4-stars, plus flipping a commit from a rival.
When factoring out the kicker and long snapper, the average rating per player is 91.1, exactly what we've averaged the last half dozen years or so and about a half point better over the past dozen years.
It's seems that Orgeron is inspiring recruits to come here to play for LSU. How much is him or LSU "mystique" ? I don't know, but he seems to be working his tail off. If he goes down in flames, it won't be for not giving it 100%.
