Jaquelin's a 2020 kid. Finishes his year up with University Lab this season and could along with Burton challenge for a fifth star with a super strong showing. He's going to be an absolute stud DL. Saban is desperately trying to land him and Jacobian Guillory from Alexandria.

Guillory is a two-time national powerlifting champion and a classic monster DT at 6'2 and 330.

Roy slimmed down some (6'3, 290) and has really worked to sculpt his body after his junior season heading into his senior year. Really that seemed the concern was his shape and why he wasn't a 5 star guy. Hence a huge senior year with his body refined could have him challenging for one of the very best players in the country not just DL. He can switch from DT to DE some and be a disruptive force.

Those two would join an already stocked DL haul (which is crucial as last year was a disaster at DL recruiting) in DT Eric Taylor, DT CamRon Jackson, DT Jalen Lee, DT Patrick Jenkins, and DT Jordan Berry. Throw in JUCO DE Ali Gaye who has the measurables to play right away but is green..

Lot of speculation Berry doesn't make it in this class though, unless he develops better.

LSU sitting pretty to finish in the top 6 certainly as potentially as high as #3 behind only Alabama and Clemson.

#6 doesn't sound like an ultra elite haul but it's really crowded at the top this year, more than I've ever seen before. The #6 team will probably finish with over 290 points. That's unheard of.

    Currently

    Clemson
    Alabama
    LSU
    Ohio State
    Texas
    Georgia

Well, for what it is worth we lost a DL commit. The Jenkins kid from Baton Rouge. Wonder what the back story is here? Did we "encourage" him to go elsewhere?

Not a great loss, and if we're smart we'll replace him with an offensive lineman

Oeaux and his wife and Maason and his family were walked to midfield and Maason hung there for the runout ...
