That is his stepfather. Bush's real dad left his mother when she was pregnant with Reggie. His mother met his stepfather when he was two, they got married, and he adopted Reggie. Very classy, if you ask me. Reggie told him in his Heisman acceptance speech that "it takes a real man to do something like that". I agree.
