i am happy but that damn musburger is acting like game is over. There is still a half to play and i want to see aq complete game and finish them off. This game has a long time and would like to see us get our running game going. Ford has tiptoed all night. Line hasnt been controling line of scrimmage. i am always nervous with these passing teams because they can break a tackle and move the ball. Lets put this one away in the third and not get anybody hurt and get the hell oughta there.
True. We've owned the third quarter and hopefully that trend continues tonight. If so the stadium will be empty by the start of the 4th quarter. Couches and sofas should be safe tonight!
yep...this game aint over yet and Im still a little nervous. Id like to punch this first drive in! see TAMU game
First half: DB's gave up a lot of pass yards and no pass rush from the front four but the bend but don't break philosophy tonight has worked. Give up the yards but make them drive the length of the field without making mistakes and that's very hard to do. #7, wow what can you say? Just the same old thing from game one as a true freshman until now. Some guys just have the it, and he is one, a true play maker. On offense JL just looks efficient as hell. Nothing spectacular just Matt Flynn type efficient and mistake free. Anyone remember Flynn?:crystal: Stud has called a much better game, throwing on first down and catching WVU by surprise by throwing out of obvious running formations. However I'd like to see them run less side to side and more right up the gut North/South. OL not dominating at run blocking, but doing well in pass protection. Beckham should never come out of the game, he is LSU's #1 WR I don't care what anyone else says even Les. Shep, still a non factor, not sure why he can't get things going. Would help if he had better/ more consistent hands. Over all I'll definitely take27-7 at the half. I'd like to see a better pass rush and less pass yards by WVU in the second half and I'd like to see LSU establish the run. Wow, never thought I would say that. However, good job by Stud in the first half, much better than last week. Hopefully Chief will make adjustments and we can stop them cold in the 2nd half. Less trash talking in the 2nd quarter, I liked that too.
.@LSUfball 27 points in the first half, most in a first half on the road since 27 at Arkansas on Nov. 26, 2004. TweetDeck • 9/24/11 10:09 PM Retweeted by RandyRosetta
