Not at all impressed. Reggie Bush doesn't get that open coming out of the backfield against LSU and Leinart would not sit in the pocket like that. VT played way over their head and came back to earth after the blown offensive pass interference call. USC's defense looked pretty tough after that but VT was worn down and the OL not blocking anymore. I'll say this. USC is not nearly the juggernaut that the media is making them out to be. They'll get their props for the comeback, halftime adjustments, etc., but, hopefully, the hype will die down a little.

 

They just played the best team on their schedule, no way in hell the suck fest stops now.

Yep, just watched sport center and Trev and Mark May need to wipe their chin. Now they think Lienart's biggest competition for the Heisman is Bush. Couldn't say enough about Norm Chows potent offense or that wonderful USuCk defense. If that was the #1 football team in the nation it is going to be a really down year for NCAA football.

 

Did you see when the commentators were listing why USC was number one? One of the reasons listed was that they have an easy schedule. If they willingly admit this, why not just come out and say that the whole "National Champions" idea this season is fixed? Just give USC the damn trophy now. How the hell do you prove that you're the best in the nation by playing the worst teams?
