I agree with Scrappy. We can't keep giving away these Friday night games.

Maybe the games in which the Ace of the staff has given up 6 or more runs. Like tonite and last friday. Or, the games in which the Ace pitches 8 good innings and the offense does nothing? I'd call that giving it away.

 

Well, tonight for one. Last Friday for another. I'm not bashing Mestepay, but, damn! He's not fooling anybody.

 

he should be pulled no doubt. but they havent given any game away. last week he sucked. the previous 3 was hitting.

moving him changes nothing. likely disrupts dirks and smith who've settled in their parts of the rotation.

maybe bring Lane in after English on fridays if this continues.

I forgot to pray to the baseball gods first.

 

well...ohh well..not over yet.

So i turn on the Tulane USM game b/c it has to be more exciting....Greenies have 4 homers (back to back.....back to back, both 3 run then solo). they lead 11-0 in the top of the 4th.
