Another good win. They definately looked out of sorts early on, but that wasn't unexpected after our 3 big wins in a row. Just when I think Minor turned the corner, he reverts back to his old self. He really needs to learn how to control those emotions. I have no idea what he was complaining about to get a T, but I'm glad Brady benched him. However, this team needs Minor to play well if they are going to compete with the good teams. Hudson needs to play better too. Hudson has logged a lot of minutes this year and looked really tired the past couple of games. Neltner is gaining confidence and playing really well. It would be nice if Whipple good hit some open 3s, but he is playing solid defense. Ole Miss will be a tough game. If we can escape with a W, we should finish 12-4. Hopefully, MSU beats Bama and we can win the West.
the 8 man rotation is working fine. i think college basketball is a sport that you can play with 8 guys. they are young, the games are not as long as the nba, its something that isnt a problem. in our case it is working great. we are keeping good players on the floor for just enough time. now foul trouble could kill us, but we do at least have two star big men instead of one to worry about. it would have been nice if regis had stayed, but it appears the guys we have really are solid and reliable enough to take care of business without tons of rest.
