CeCe Jefferson hasnt sent in his LOI because he heard one of the defensive coaches that recruited him isn't going to be there in 2 weeks. Also McElwain went on 1 trip to see him and it was rushed and Mac was out the door to see a 2016 prospect. Florida wanted the LOI by 8:30 and didn't get it. CeCe has heard from numerous other schools since but not Florida.
