And somebody hired Brady. You could go on forever.

As far as I am concerned, Brady is a lame duck coach next season. It will take one heck of a solid season next year for him to stay on board.

You can always count on him to follow up a great win with an abysmal loss.

I don't mind losing but to be down 20 at half is insanely bad.

How many turnovers did we have versus Tennessee?
How many games are you going to win with that many turnovers?
You are missing open shots and turning over the ball because lack of guards!
    Won't don't u understand about that?

You want to get down and dirty about the fact that no one complained about
    recruits after winning over Tennessee?
    Attitude?
How about the fact that we made the final four without hitting no perimeter
    shots last year?
Lack of guards and shots doesn't worry you?

I hope this team has a better year next year for all our sakes but Wow Dude!

This game has really really been painful to watch, I don't know why i still am. I guess it ultimately comes down to our guys being tired. They are beating us off the dribble, even beating Temple. Our guys are falling for every pump fake they take, picking up dumb fouls. Ole Miss was in control the whole time...

So i guess because we have no guards we shouldn't even field a team then. Obviously...lets just give up the season before it starts then. I'm a firm believer in whoever shows up to play deserves to win. The game is played on the courts not in the offseason when recruiting. Our guys were tired, but this was a winnable game.
And lack of guards has nothing to do with missing open shots. These same guys were hitting those shots against Florida. You don't need to recruit well to get shooters. Our guys didn't step up tonight when they could have. All we can really do is tell our guys to hit the gyms in the summer and practice shooting and shooting. I'm not tryin to start anything with you dude, but its not always Brady's fault is what i'm sayin.

Yes, we forget perhaps that Ole Miss had the night off and is fresh.

This team just is playing sloppy and shooting like crap plain and simple. Sometimes you just don't have it, and tonight is that way. On the one hand, you feel for Brady b/c as you watch the game you really see some stupid stuff, Glen launching three threes in a row, silly cross court passes, and the inability to guard their guys. You could say that's just LSU playing bad. But, also know that Ole Miss is a perimeter team with three perimeter seniors, who have a much greater incentive to beat someone in this game b/c they have a shot at the Big Dance.

AND, enough with the "lack of recruiting guards" business. Yes, LSU seems to have poor guard play, but I'll bet that Martin, Mason and Temple were on average higher rated guards than all of Abernathy, Doyne etc. for Ole Miss. It's not that we haven't recruited guards, actually Martin and Mason were highly rated guards and when they transfered, everyone on this board was excited about those transfers.

It just looks like in this crappy game, they're crappy. They're actually just playing crappy. It's not a talent issue, it's a performance issue. That is the players' fault and the coaches fault. Brady did not have his team ready with the intensity early on, and during the game, the players didn't do anything (like hit shots) to help the cause.

Garrett Temple took 500 shots a day during the offseason. It didn't help him one bit. Why? He's simply a bad shooter. What would remedy this situation?????

D.J. Wright, who shoots a reported 68% from 3 in high school. Recruiting.
