At first I thought why would they have let you order the LSU game with a credit card with a LA address, but then I remembered that when you purchase it you get every game available for this weekend (except for blackouts).Tigervision has the rights in LA, so it is not included in ESPN Gameplan (including online it looks like) within LA.

I subscribed to ESPN's gameplan online. You get a whole week of college football for 19.95. Well after I sign up and try to view the game, I get a message saying that the game is blacked out in this area (Louisiana). I can't remember reading anything about a blackout rule, but I'm sure it's somewhere in small print and I must have missed it.

In LA Tigervision needed to be paid not EPSN.

Yes, but ESPN offers it on GamePlan. Just not in Louisiana, good ole Politics at work again. I don't subscribe to digital cable so the Tigervision was not an option. I then chose the GamePlan route, wrong choice.

Is the gameplan on the computer, television quality? Or is it choppy?

That is not politics. It is broadcast rights. It is not offered on gamplan in LA. Tigervision owns the rights in LA, and in the SEC a school's network pay per view game like Tigervision can be included in ESPN gameplan in any other state other than the schools home state. LSU does not make a dime off ESPN game plan.
