I'm really glad to see that Grant went yard last night and has a hit tonight. I'll be honest, I did NOT expect him to be getting this much PT as a freshman with all of the talent LSU has. But I'm glad for him. It's about time someone from Morgan City High has done something worth a damn in baseball. We always have pretty decent baseball teams, but none of the players are ever dedicated enough to make it at the next level. Tigers also showed some resiliency in come-from-behind fashion tonight. I was wondering when we'd get to see how LSU would handle that kind of adversity. Glad to know that they can sleepwalk through a game and still come back and get a win.
