IF LSU is going to make the OPTION a regular part of their offense (and they obviously are), they need to learn to run it better...

The option is a precision scheme... You have to know what you are doing and do it correctly. Two errors on that play.
1. Bad pitch relationship... Look at where the RB was... he should be 1 yard behind and 3 yards outside of the QB. Instead he was more like 1x1. If you do that, one Defender can play the QB and the Pitch...
2. QB did not make the defender commit... you have to run at the defender and force the decision... The wider you string out the option, the more likely the defense is to stop it!

Jordon Jefferson doesnt understand the first thing about running the option.

I could run it better and i cant run out of site in a week.

And trindon holiday does not know how to use his speed.

I have never seen a runner that fast just stop every time he gets the ball.

Holliday looks like he could take it to the house every time he has the ball but always makes the wrong cut or hesitates!
