I am pretty sure that if you show up here on Gameday maybe wander into the chatroom I think we will be satisfied!
seeing as there is a good chance we will have 2 more games on da U this year, plus the other sec games it will carry, it's a good idea to get the upgrade.
Maybe if we had a less conservative coach, who enjoyed watching the Tigers play lights out, score at any chance available and played to put'em away in the first half... we'd have a better chance at seeing all of our games on national networks and not be stuck watching on 3rd rate ESPN networks. Was anyone else bothered by the 20 minutes of LSU football mixed into the 3 hour conversation the two morons had during the UW game?
I haven't noticed many predictions on this game thread. Usually there are quite a few. I guess everyone is a little more nervous than they would like to admit to JayB. Since I was so incredibly optomistic last week, I will break with that and guess: LSU 45 Vandy 3 Just kidding... More like LSU 35 Vandy 17
Since it's going to be raining all day tomorrow: LSU 28 Vandy 17 :crystal::geaux::crystal::geaux::crystal:
Dude, 1st off the vandy and USL games were scheduled on espnu back in june. florida is a night game on cbs. tulane probably would be ppv only if not for the U. Same with La Tech. Auburn is espn primetime. arkansas, now on saturday, is probably an espn 2 night game. 2nd, if we put teams away before the 1st half then that only makes the networks not want to carry our games. Why waste a 4-hour block when all the viewers (and ad revenue) leave at halftime? Why else do you think the UW game (which by all accounts was supposed to be over the minute we stepped on the field) was scheduled as not only the latest start ever for LSU, but also the latest start ever at husky stadium?
