The worst part was when we were owning Auburn on defense, Russell couldn't do crap on offense to put this game away. 2 visits to Jordan Hare in a row where officiating played a huge influence on the outcome of the game. AAARRRGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

You haven't heard the last of the LSU Tigers this season, trust me.

( I rarely blame games on officiating and I'm not going to blame it on this one b/c we should have played better but it really sucked in this game )

Don't congratulate them, THEY know we got hosed on a play that was identical to one of theirs...They were lucky, not good.

    On a positive note.

LSU won't have to worry about losing Jmbo Fisher after this magnificent offensive showing.

I had no idea, ok the offense couldn't get in the end zone, inconsistant.
How many times did we get inside the 35 yard line?
How many of that was on the last drive?
    Half?

Yes, I am angry, the defense played most of the game because the offense
only had one decent drive that I saw in this game.
I bet the stats will also show that the Defense played the majority of the game, those stats have to be mis-leading

Absolutely, but the hard thing to swallow is if either the officiating had been neutral or the offensive coaching staff had a clue LSU would have won. Auburn couldn't stop our quick passing game with JR in the shotgun so what do we do? We run the ball and put JR under center and run a bunch of play action fooling no one.

This game did prove that we should be able to beat any team on our schedule as long as the refs don't take sides.

I don't think JR is to blame here. He made a poor decision by not throwing it away, but he played a great game. If that tackle would have been slipped at the end a lot of people would be singing a different tune.

    Top Thoughts:
    1) What was the difference b/t the call on pass interference on us when we intercepted the ball and the one at the end of the game when Davis was interfered with. WE GOT HOSED BIG FU***ING TIME.
    2) Jamarcus played a decent game but man he made two huge mistakes first not throwing the ball out of bounds on the final drive and not scrambling out and buying time on the last play to GET THE BALL INTO THE ENDZONE.
    3) Our defense is awesome.
    4) Kenny Irons is probably the hardest running back in the country.
    5) Anyway, congrats AUBURN. Tou got DAMN LUCKY with those calls.
