As much as I hate FU, I think in the eyes of the selection com. it was better to lose to a ranked Florida team, then to possible lose to team like South Carolina. Not only that this means the team can rest up tommorrow and get an extra day of practice.
all right play a day skip a day or two. if the team is as tired as some here say after just two games they will be home early as usual.
Oops, That reminds me of a true story. My cousins lived in Anchorage in the 80's. Monday Night Football doesn't start there until 7:30 pm Alaska time meaning that a game on the East coast would be just about over by the time it was underway in Alaska. My cousins made a bet with this dude already knowing the outcome of the game and of course won. Btw, Didn't realize the finals were tomorrow. I've been workin to much lately to realize that!
Well, they played hard last night and won. Less than 24 hours later, they play a much stronger opponent, still play hard, yet lose. Yeah, I think that's a justifiable reason to be pretty tired. Fast forward to next week. They play a much lower seed on Thursday or Friday (meaning they get 4 or 5 days of rest until then), then get a day of rest, then play another team the next day. Then they get another 5 days of rest. Don't think they'll be tired this time around.
Your reaching... I tell you what, I'm currently in Ft Lauderdale. If your anywhere around I'll buy you a drink!
Tough game for the tigers. UF hit some big shots down the stretch. I thought the refs made some horrible calls they called some fouls on no contact at all and some very cheap fouls on us I also felt they got away with some fouls. We really missed Tyrus today we needed his energy out there crashing the boards. It would have been nice to win the tourney but I still think will get a #3 seed. Lets rest up tommorow watch the selection show and see what lies ahead. :geauxtige :bball: :geauxtige :bball: :geauxtige :bball:
