Thanks. I watched him when he gave his speech after being introduced as the new OC by Miles; I am more used to seeing him with his bald head rather than with a cap on.:rolleye33:

Exactly. I recognize him by his bald head.

...too much brain to facilitate hair growth.

Okay, it's time for some breakdowns. I'll start.

Some are saying that a key for Mississippi State is to stop the running game and make LSU one-dimensional. I say that is an arbitrary comment and you can say that in regards to just about any game. MSU got absolutely run over by GT...to the tune of (I think) 400+ yards rushing. If a middle-of-the-pack ACC team can do that to MSU, then LSU should at least duplicate that. Scott will get over 150 yards a couple of TDs and retire for the night. KW, Murphy, and Ridley will clean it up for the rest of the night. We might even have two 100 yard rushers in this one!

When the game is firmly in hand, I think CLM will start really slinging it with Lee to continue to get his confidence up for Florida. He'll end up with close to 200 passing and a couple of TDs and maybe an INT if he's still eyeballing his receivers.

Defensively, Moo U is still a traditional offense and we'll get back to basics with a 4-3 set. I expect a bland four or five-man rush, but that'll be enough. We'll stuff the run like a Thanksgiving turkey and put the pressure on that interception-prone QB to pass. In short, it's going to get ugly early.

Punting will be in our favor, although MSU has had WAY more practice at it so far this year! :hihi:

Holiday will get another chance at returning and capitalize enough to get him the start at that position for Florida...just in time to give us a repeat of 2006! Hopefully, it won't cost us there this year like it did then.

Official Attack Tiger prediction: 52-7 LSU...and I'm assuming they get points off a redshirt freshman QB mistake.

It will be a blowout. MSU does not know how to score.

Do you think Jefferson gets any playing time?

I think regardless of how bad MSU has been playing there is always a threat of upset and that LSU should go into this game like every other game, but with a bigger emphasis on the run like GT did. This would be a GREAT game to give Lee the start and a chance to get more comfortable behind the line.
