Official LSU vs Tulane Game Thread

This team was unprepared, Miles is being outcoached (again).
Hate to say it but the last two weeks LSU does not look like the #2 team in the nation, look at OU look at USC. Those teams dont lead Tulane at half by 1, OU hung 62 points on Tulsa a team considerably better than Tulane. we have minus yards rushing. Sorry boys flame away but this is not the #2 team in the nation. Look back at last week as well how many yards passing did we have ? Defense cannot do it all itself, after awhile they get frustrated if the offense cannot move the ball or coaches make bone head decision after bone head decision. Penalties, poorly coached, bad decisions (Where is RP again?)

UF is licking its chops and have all the blueprints to beat this team. Shame really though we had a good chance this year. They may beat UF but I hardly doubt it after seeing the coaching and offense of the last two weeks.

Flame away. They are a very good team yes, but elite teams on turf (Where your speed is supposed to be higher). Dont shut down in the second half of the game, or perform like this.

If I am wrong fine, beat UF, blame it on uniforms or early games whatever, but this team needs to stop reading the paper

nah, it is uniforms, i am certain of it. flynn isnt sure who to throw to, crazy color helmets are confusing.

 

If Flynn doesn't learn to quit dancing in the pocket, holding the ball until

I'm not all that surprised. 11 AM game. And a look ahead. Not just to Florida. But also to Kentucky and Auburn.

It'll be a struggle all game long. But the Tigers should still win comfortably.

I do want to see Perrilloux, though.

You see the white helmets really look like our regular white jerseys and so when Flynn sees the white area he thinks it's the chest of the regular jerseys when it's in reality the new white helmets. This results in a overthrow because of the juxtaposition of the new white helmets to the regular white jerseys.

 

This is Tulane's bowl game, we're not mentally ready which may not be excusable but it's certainly understandable, but we'll pull away in the second half.

Our AD wanted a big circus with the shirts, etc. he's getting his money's worth. Flynn's problems are not his fault, he's not being given time and our receivers are dropping VERY catchable balls.

We'll score and after we pull away a little they'll fold. LSU will win by at least 2 TD's, take the "W" and be prepared next week.

 

I love the people that absolutely meltdown on here. Take a look at the O-Line and Crowton threads...prob. the same people that thought Crowton was God are now shooting themselves. Ill just sit back and watch. :grin:
