Official LSU vs Tulane Game Thread

Nah this is a message board, just said this team the last two weeks has not played like the #2 in the nation. I stick by that, as I have said. I am usually very wrong on things. Hence I am not a coach, but if you think this team was prepared or played like the #2 in the nation, than we will agree to disagree. I have no interest in getting into a silly message board rant with you. I was expressing my opinion, one you obviously disagree with. the rest of your post ? well it doesn't warrant a response to be honest.
Plus I am pissed I lost $$$ on betting LSU and the over in the first half. I feel better because I doubled up on LSU in the 2nd.

PS. For the record I predict Auburn will cover the spread against UF

I dont post much because unless you sunshine pump or worship at the alter of Les Miles you get blasted. I have no interest in posting in all the Saban threads. so I am here everyday like everyone else just not as active as I used to be. Having a new daughter sort of contributes to that.

 

If you can't handle getting flamed then don't tell me to flame away. And you don't post much because you only come on here to bitch about the team and they haven't given you much reason so far.

Ive been a Tiger fan since day 1. First game I really remember watching was the '66 Cotton Bowl when we beat Arkansas 14-7. Joe Labruzzo was the star. My first game in Tiger Stadium was against Florida and it's much-heralded qb, Steve Spurrier. My brother was a tailback in the Bert Jones years. Yes, I was there when Jones hit Davis to beat Ole Miss. Cassanova was great when we beat Notre Dame soundly 28-8. I was there when Cholly Mac became the first disciple of Bear Bryant to beat him. I've seen many LSU teams over the years. Without a doubt, this is the best one I have ever seen. If they stay focused, noone can stop them.

 

:lsup: LSU! :lsup: LSU! :lsup: LSU! a lot of problems in this game...but we are winners and we need to act like it. I don't know why we were flat, but we were. It happens. I am just glad it happened against Tulane. Were we looking ahead...problaby, but so be it. I am ready to smack down Florida to let them know who rules.:lsup: LSU!
