We are down 9 with 38 seconds left. Voogd got burned on defense twice in a row late in the game. I'd love to know why he played the last 6-7 minutes of a game that was still in reach. Hello NIT.
I hate to be down on these guys, but.....damn. Something has to change. They can't just keep doing it the same every night. Obviously everyone has figured out our team.
I'm getting rather sick of the lack of effort of this team... Is it poor coaching or were the preseason polls that far off? Hopefully baseball can go on a run this year and provede a distraction until the spring game
It's not that they have figured us out. It's that we have 1 option on offense (2 if you count Martin, I don't count him). If Davis is held in check we loose. We aren't even a good rebounding team..
Yikes! Same here. Shooting is pathetic. All we needed to do was shoot around 40% tonight and we'd be looking at a W. What gives? Do we miss TT that much? Would he have made the difference. I know there's still a bunch of basketball left to go; I hope they can pull things together. :geauxtige
Nah, it's not a lack of effort. They play hard. We just don't have any scorers. I think we were WAY overrated in the preseason.

This team played with 0 energy in the first half. Only when Voogd came in was there any hustle at all. I think Minor should have been in this game for 20 minutes. If anything he never stops and brings a lot of energy (see the UConn game).
