Official LSU vs Virginia Tech Game Thread

13-7.....BS! :angry: More like 38-7 bud. Hell, we may hang 41 on them.

 

After watching ECU play VT, I'm feeling a lot more positive about Saturday night. Looks like the D will not have too much trouble with VT. True, they were pretty drained emotionally today, but didn't look as tough on D as expected. Will still be a tough game.

 

I think they'll play up to the competion and be better. But so will we,

LSU and VTs offense both looked sluggish in their 1st game. Heavy rainfall and LSU on the road was the difference here.

ECU did move the ball pretty easy on what is suppose to be a dominate VT def while LSU def pitched a shut out on the road.

I think LSU will be able to move the ball against VTs def just as well as ECU if not better and our def will only be better at night in TS (scary!!!).

VT doesn't get in the endzone....2 FGs

VT managed 33 rushing yards against the vaunted EC defense, and came out on the short end of the time of possesion by over 3 minutes. Gonna be a long night for the cHokies come 09/08...

Our D-line is gonna smash! We force about 4-5 turnovers and hold them under 200 yards of offense. Their D is sick but man that offense looks horrible.

 

my fear is this was a wake up call to the hokies and they end up playing us better than what they showed today. i still say we win though.

 

After today I change my prediction:

LSU 10
VT 13
