ECU is not that bad of a team. I am quite certain they are better than MSU. VA Tech is way better than people have been saying since their game Saturday.
I think you're right on both accounts. Thing is, we didn't play all that great on offense and we crushed MSU 45-0, even after putting in the second string. I think you left out that the TIGERS are also way better than we showed on Thurs, especially on O. If CLM and the Tigers turn up with the A game, it won't be as close as many predict. I think that's why the spread and over/under are what they are. But like Friederichs (sp?) says - I'm just an idiot listening to the sound of my own....uh...keyboard? :geauxtige

I call rope-a-dope on the ECU game, while as much could be said about the MSU game. Very conservative and plain. Neither side wanting to show too much hand. No score prediction, don't wanna jinx it. Later, Fur
OK, I will soften my stance and say 31-7. I think that Flynn will throw an INT that will either give them a TD or set them up for a TD. I expect it could be a bigger blowout if LSU comes out to make a statement. Improvement to the O-line and a commitment to throw the ball against what looks like a weak secondary could turn this into a blowout. The tigers are hungry! :thumb:
i think ecu's starting qb was suspended for dwi and missed the hokie game. va tech looked lifeless and their play was even worse than our play calling. neither theirs or our offense was very impressive. if not for the hokie int for a td, that game is up for grabs. although, stop brandon ore and we should win. glennon is no world-beater. i dont think beamer ever put in the backup phenom tyrod taylor. supposedly has all the throws and can run like the wind. maybe he was saving him to sacrifice the true freshman in front of 94k.
