Yeah...they won the "AP title", which doesn't exsist. USC signed a contract with the BCS, and tossed it out the window when it didn't go their way.

yep and ill give him a free pass on a game they figured was meaningless going in.

they say a team resembles their HC and Stoops usual crying may lend some credence to his team crumbling when under pressure.

this is why college football in the post season has to change.
No way OU should've played in this game last year or this year :dis:

lol hindsight. maybe OU plays Boise and spanks them then shows up the rest of the way. we'll never know.

i still think Utah plays with either of the top 3 teams and could beat either. Plus, Id take Alex Smith over White or Lionfart on my team....in college or pros.

I hope the OU trainers are adept at using the Heimlich manuver.

According to this morning's Baton Rouge Advocate, Les Miles, as well as Mike Leach, are on the short list for the LSU head coaching job.
Their top three on the wish list are:

Butch 'I can't take it anymore' Davis,
Bobby 'but can he recruit?' Petrino and
Kirk ' I'm in the Big 10 and don't have to coach' Ferentz.

According to the paper, the chances of landing Les Miles are: 'It wouldn't take much arm-twisting to coax Miles away from a school where his program not only operates in the massive shadow of OU, but the Cowboys' football team also takes a back seat on campus to basketball and baseball. He may emerge as a frontrunner if the obvious favorites turn LSU down.'

The picture they have of Les is the one where it appears that Bob Stoops is pushing him out of the way after we thumped them 52-9 last year. Could an Advocate sports editor be putting in his editorial comment?

Others on the LSU wish list: Jimbo Fisher (LSU offensive coordinator) - Believe he is the only-if-everyone-else-turns-us-down candidate.
Tommy Tuberville (This would be like the Dallas Cowboys hiring Barry Switzer - Tommy is the one coach that LSU fans love to hate)

    Up yours Sooners!
