Relax. What's with the "ourselves" and the "we"? Surely you were not on the field. You didn't miss a TD pass, miss a field goal, jack up the KY qb in overtime to cause a 15 yard penalty.
It was a tough game to swallow. It's easy to play armchair qb, but it's great to be an LSU fan. All we can do is cheer on and support our team and hope the ball bounces our way, eh?
If the tigers win out, they have a good shot at the championship game. As good as the others when all is said and done. Geaux Tigers.

Yeah think we need either Ohio State or Oklahoma lose and we'll play the one that doesnt because the other teams will definitely lose that are ranked ahead of us. BUT WE gotta WIN out but not just win but DOMINATE!

Actually a lot of us feel as much a part of the team as the players. The fans ARE the twelfth man on the field, whether at Tiger Stadium, another field or at home yelling and screaming at the TV. We live and breathe LSU football. "We" all have the same goal.

An old fashioned view? Perhaps. We fans all enjoy the season in our own way. If "We" feel a part of the team, just let us enjoy our little fantasy.

I also refer to LSU as "we." Yes, the players are out there on the field, and THEY have to get it done. But all of us fans are part of a family of sorts--so it's we.

this says 5 but i have read others here saying they saw us at 7...not that AP matters anyway.....

USC is #13, but you have them written as #10.

I guess the coaches thought that we will get a chance to prove ourselves down the road with Cal & Oregon

LSU, dropped to a respectable 5 in front of South Carolina and So. Florida is # 2.

I guess all is right this Sunday

Looking at the schedules........I think BC and So Fla have a realistic chance....

which is not necessarily a good thing.

Well I see were LSU is #5 in both AP and Coaches. I bet LSU will be #3 or #4 in the BCS this afternoon. Now I have to face the OHIO STATE fans braggin they are #1. It is going to be a long day for me Monday here in Columbus, Ohio. :helmet:
