Sorry guys.....NO ONE is afraid of Skylar and his speed. He runs faster to get out of bounds than anywhere else. JR's injury looked mighty easy....No big lick there......Same with Doucet......J. Vincent had a great freshman year.....Then would have trouble starting ANYWHERE else in the SEC. Where was Will Arnold all day....Is he "hurt" too? I just didn't see the LSU pride I am used to seeing......How many rushing yds. for LSU? Not normal///

The one up side I see to this whole debacle is that at least we won't have to play in Atlanta for the Sugar Bowl. I am sure ATL sees this as a disaster in a sense. UGA will end up in the Sugar and the hotel rooms in the ATL won't fill up. I'll be glad when the Sugar returns home to NOLA next year (or at least La. at TS). Don't get me wrong, I would have taken the Sugar in a heartbeat, but I am just trying to find a silver lining somewhere. Thanks.

I have to admit, I never expected this. I'm a little disappointed but I'm still behind the team.

Just goes to show you what kind of fan he is, it takes a real big man to say something to someone who is at least twice as small as he is. That is why my husband is afraid to take me anywheres, he know I am a die hard LSU fan and I will dish back anything that is given to me.

I ain't afraid of nobody, especailly if I have had enough to drindk. I am six feet tall and bullet proof then.:lol:

the offense has been insonsistant all year, but i still love them Tigers.

the deal in this game is momentum. the real big deal in the SEC CG was the early lead BECAUSE of the injry to Jesse Daniels. The defense has shined all year, like a unit, like a family. They've been our " go to guys" saving jamarcus' and the offense' bacon all year long.
when the chips were down you could go to them. :thumb:

without them "gellin" Dr Scholls style, we got in a hole early. and the offense was just well the offense.... same old same ole. :dis:

I woulda liked to have seen this team's results with the "matt mauck" style QB that Flynn is, all year long. nothing showboatish, just clear leadership. just a thought... in passing...because REALLY a 10-2 or 11-2 Season is pretty dahm good and I am PROUD to be an LSU fan. Sometimes it's tough having alot of talent. :geauxtige

screw Aubarn and Bammmer. LOL they are both our bishes this year.

Y'know...I've always been a proponent of championship games...but like Dan Weitzel (sp?) said, one bad championship game can ruin a season. I could be grasping at straws here, but the #3 team with 1 SEC loss is going to the Peach Bowl, while a 2 loss #13 team is SEC Champs and has a ticket to the BCS bowl game. Hmmm...?
