I would honestly rather watch paint dry than spend 3 hours watching a bunch of cars drive in a circle at high speeds.

I watched the Busch series race today.. Was a road course and I wanted to see the drivers get schooled by Montoya. He of course won.

Then explain it to me, because it sounds pretty weak to take a vacation a half a month after you start.

The reason, or at least IMHO, is that the Nextel Cup series isn't going to race in Mexico, and there are too many competitors/teams that participate in both series. It's one thing to have a Busch race in Kentucky on Saturday with a Cup race in PA on Sunday. But to have a Busch race in friggin' Mexico, then a Cup race in the US the next day, ain't gonna happen. Besides, the Nascar season is probably the longest season in pro sports, and they only take about 3 weekends off all season. When they do have a race, they arrive at the track on Wednesday or Thursday, and stay through the weekend. The haulers usually leave the race site Sunday night and head straight to the next race, so those poor guys don't get a break. Didn't you see the movie "Cars"?!:thumb:
