How can any heterosexual male cheer for a team with all male cheerleaders. I'm no homophobe but Sometimes a line has to be drawn.

I mean, not just male, but . . . lining up bent over behind each other, screaming, and grabbing Pvt. Johnson? I just don't seem like a football thing. These boys need to get out of the barracks more.

What can you say about them other than, "Are you serious?"

There not cheerleaders, they are yell leaders, geez...
Seriously though it seems they take the military thing to far, even the military academies have female cheerleaders. They come off as a bunch of female deprived loco marines.

Living in Houston for about 12 years now, I've had a lot of co-workers that were Horns & Aggies. Their discussions around the lunch table have been friendly at times yet vicious at other times.

I've heard a couple of Aggies that will put down the Horns by calling it a liberal university filled with gays. My best guess is that A&M has roughly 90% Republicans while UT only has about 70%. I have no idea if those figures are correct so please let me know if there are actual published percentages. Pretty much every UT alum that I know is conservative.

Austin is a very liberal city, I think your UT number may be a little off, but who knows its still Texas.
