One of the assistant coaches had to push Thomas away from Brady and the next break Thomas was on the bench.

I'm sorry, that may be true, but when your leading rebounder for the game is shooting 100% from the field, you don't bench him. My opinion.

Wow some people cant read. My whole post was how we will be outcoached when we play teams with the talent we have. We have won all our SEC games by talent, period. When Brady takes this team to the 2nd round and loses to George Washington or even UK, then what? Still want Brady here?

Why don't wait & give him the chance? Dooming him before he's even gotten to the NCAA tournament... :dis:

We gave him to many chances...yes we had NCAA violations, but that doesnt explain why so many left the team. All of whom left because of CJB.

What about the transfers coming to LSU? What about the top recruits we've been landing recently? Do you put all the blame on Brady for that as well?

Many left because of playing time. Lots of players transfer from lots of different teams for this reason.

Next argument for your ignorance, please!

I agree 100%. I have said before that Brady wins just enough games to keep his job, but IMO he will never take us the the next level - the Final Four.

You keep saying how talented we are. How did all that talent get on the team?

No one knew the talent of TT. We knew the talent of Davis and T Mitchell and D Mitchell. D Mitchell was a not a top recruit, by top I mean all american.

Actually, Brady's biggest problem has been his loss of players, etc. He's not a terrible coach. He's a pretty good defensive coach, but really has no offensive skills. So, he's the type that needs to stack the talent up in a big way and be deep on the bench.

And look, recruiting at LSU is easy right now. About 10 years ago, you had Tulane and UNO who were both good and landing teams in the NCAA tourney. Coaches had to compete with them. Now, those teams are awful. ULL is the only other school who has teams that are pretty good each year in LA. So, if a good player wants to stay at home to play basketball, LSU is an easy choice. ULL is a good school and everything, but it just doesn't have that big-name appeal. LSU plays on t.v. a bunch, has had some great history and sent some people to the NBA. And just think about the talent that comes out of BR...It's not difficult to recruit these guys as far as in-state competition goes if they have a decent desire to play real close to home. But still, he is getting them and you have to credit him and his staff for that.

Brady doesn't really lose a lot of players solely because of playing time in my opinion. He loses them because of his attitude with those players along with the playing time factor, etc. But I think it's mostly his attitude. He always seems to be improving, and then something happens and he has to start over again. Hopefully, he can keep things straight for the rest of this year. I don't think anyone could find a team in Div.I who has had more players quit or transfer than LSU has over the last 9 years.

I think we had more players when we were on probation. Anyway, he just needs to get guys to stay on his team for more than a year or two and LSU will be a team that can do damage in an NCAA tournament.

All I know is that if D. Mitchell keeps scoring like he is, the bench won't need to be as deep because not many teams can beat LSU when you add an outside threat to their inside game.
