I'm not too wild about this design myself, but I just did it for fun cause you wanted to see it. I personally like the helmets the way they are, but its fun to play around with.

I think we should have a contest to see who can make the coolest LSU helmet! :thumb:

I would love to see them use throwback uniforms once including this old helmet:

That Tiger-eye is cool.... intimidating, in a way... much moreso than that "friendly" cartoon tiger with the cap, imho.

Then you probably wouldn't like the NEWEST Tiger face--which does not appear on the sides of the helmets (THANK GOD), but it's on other things. The new logo Tiger is not cartoonish, and does NOT look intimidating at all.

Looks like the cat is smiling waiting to play with a ball of yarn... :dis:

I dunno. The comic tiger just never really grabbed me.

I can show you how gay that new tiger would look on a helmet. But I its prob not worth wasting my time.

Before Hayden Frye got to Iowa, we had a a little happy Herky, the Hawkeye, character... had the same smile one gets from the greeter at Wal-Mart. Frye thought it was too wimpy, changed the Hawk Crest we now have. He also is responsible for the Pittsburg Steeler look.

Will Miles be given that kind of latitude at LSU if he wants some new look?
