If he wants to go and this is a good opportunity for him, the sooner he announces the better.

Recruiting sure is going to be rocky, though. The timing is tough.

 

He had a press conference to stay he was staying...

last year with the Chicago job. Or it could just be a standard deal. Either way, it is not cause for doom and gloom just yet.

 

2:20pm and no mention of a press conference anywhere but here?

 

Maybe in Miami?

 

Please don't start threads with titles such as "Saban is Gone" if you don't know for sure. I'm sick of these threads that a started under assumptions, but titled as if it's a done deal. Next time you might wanna try "Saban may be gone". :dis: :dis: :dis:

here's the latest that we've heard here at P & G.....

the dolphins offered him 4.1 million a year and he is all but sure signing the deal.....

supposedly his inside circle of friends and family is trying to convince him to stay...ie, his wife, kids, jimmy sexton....

i really think that all the rumors about him and his wife being on the outs is true and he may want to get the hell out of town, but ya never know....

i'll let everyone know if i hear more here at the office, but these aren't rumors, this info is coming from the higher ups on the board of supervisors and TAF....so it's probably a done deal that he's gone.....but let's keep the faith...

i also heard something about a press conference at 2:30 but i don't see that happening....we'll see

 

One of my best friends is the sports editor

of The Times of Shreveport, the state's 3rd largest paper and I just hung up the phone with him and he's received NO notice of a 2:30 press conference which would be five minutes from now.

 

Also, on The Bold and the Beautiful, Ridge and Brooke's marriage is in trouble. I hear she's having an affair with his brother.

 

Isn't there a PC scheduled todau after practice. Anybody know what time that is for?
If this turns out to be false and no PC, then curse on your house Roy for causing this uproar.
