That is accurate. Don't really know about Archie but the LSU?Ole Miss rivalry was at its peak then and state lines were somewhat firmer. We wanted Peyton badly but even thoughLSU wasn't exactly a power at the time I still see him as a traitor. Eli following Archie to OM is reasonable.

He was just a slow receiver.

How can you call anybody a traitor for not wanting to play for Curley Hallman?

Being one still skeptical I am very fearful of our passing game. Ole Miss D is the best we will see this year. Everyone and their brother knows what plays we will run (Dive right, Dive left, 70% run etc)
They will stop that. Jennings will HAVE to throw a bit for us to have a chance. I have not see our ability to complete short or intermediate passes with any form of consistency. I don't expect it to appear all of a sudden.

I think we lose this game. Not in the same fashion as the Miss State or Auburn games. Beating teams like Kentucky and barely beating a really really bad Florida team have not given me at least the confidence we win any of the remaining games. With that I am still a huge Les Miles fan and realize people best get their punches in now. Us being down wont last long. But our QB play is worse than the hardest of days of Jordan Jefferson.
And I never thought I would say that (or had to ever again) Mett was a respite and short bright light in a decade of miserable QB play.

Don't forget that to pass that same o line will have to protect whoever is back there. With the way ol pissy gets after it we may see krags before it's over.

Wonder if we can get rivers or rettig on a lease?

Put a #10 jersey on JaMarcus and tell everybody that AJ went on an eating binge.
