yeah but when saban does it, it's all for the players' good, and it's part of the process. so you know, no harm no foul.
That would be false. Here's how it goes: "We're done with mandatory but you need to work on ______ so if you want to increase your chances to play in Saturday's game you might want to participate in some voluntary practice/film study, etc....."
