    As it is now... you can't, for age or mental illness, and I don't think you would want it. I know you are talking about full blown mental illness, but still who determines what is too much? Perhaps there should be an age that makes you re-register and sign up again... you do that and make your way to the office of the registrar and polling location, vote on!

    1700s the test was male and property owner. Even so, having some vested interest in America would be great instead of voting for a hand out.
