this is good if they have a good working relationship and miles really wants him. but will he promote him and can steele. thats where it will be proven if miles does whats best.

Great post. He is a great motivater and a great recruiter.

Steele has I think 3 seasons as a DC before he landed here. Doesn't seem like it's that much experience. O has been a head coach at 2 places, one was interim but still. He knows defense, and with the right position coaches I think he would do fine. Steele sucks. Kevin Greene almost killed him on a sideline, should have been our sign.

Question for anyone in the know.....where is O's wife Kelly from? I can't find much info and I'm wondering if she's from the South, Louisiana specifically.
