Notre Dame doesn't deserve it because 1. I hate them. and 2. They lost handily to Michigan.

Arkansas doesn't deserve it because of their handy-dandy beatdown from USC.

This leaves Florida and USC, of which, Florida should be ahead because USC lost to a lowly Oregon State team.

I think, personally, it would be great if all three just tied for second at the end. Then, no matter who gets to go (I'm guessing Michigan since their one loss came to a higher ranked BCS team), people will be less angry because that's just how tiebreakers work?

    One can hope, I guess.

The media wants to see a rematch and that is what will happen.

I dont know if I can handle having to cheer for a Big 12 team and then a Big 10 in back to back years, so I really hope USC does not make it. I felt so dirty after the game last year.

I just Mich would have beat them so that we could all see Trussel and Herbie crawfish their way out of their earlier statements.

Want to hear Herbie advocate a playoff system? All that has to happen is to have a rematch and have Michigan win the BCS MNC.

Unfortunately, he'd never be given a chance to argue for a playoff after his head explodes at such an "injustice." :hihi:

ND should not be considered, even if they beat USC. They lost at home to Michigan. Michigan should get the nod over ND.

Arkansas should not be a considered unless USC loses to ND. They lost big time at home to USC. USC should get the nod over Ark. Even if USC loses, I don't think they can jump ahead of Michigan unless they blowout both LSU and Florida.

Florida will need lots of style points to have a chance. Unfortunately for them, FSU is down this year and beating them will not be impressive. Should LSU beat Ark, a Florida win over Ark in the SECCG will not be impressive either. Also, there OOC schedule of Southern Miss, Central Florida and Western Carolina will hurt them.

A Mich/OSU rematch is not the ideal game, but I don't think it's right to eliminate Michigan just because they played OSU late in the season.

I think it'll be USC if they beat ND. If ND wins, it'll be Michigan.

I missed the first OSU\Mich game because I attended a Jr. High B-Ball game. If they play again I will miss the game for some other reason. If Fl. wins out they should be in the game. If Fl. does suffer a loss, I just can't sit through another usc\nd love fest. ABC\ESPN have propped then all year at the expense of the SEC.

i didn't watch the first one, so why would i have an interest in a rematch between teams where the outcome has already been decided?

    Got Playoffs?

If USC wins out, they will be in the NC game and Florida will be locked out.

If USC loses, Michigan will have its rematch, no matter what Florida does.

    Screw the SEC once again.

I think a one loss USC, FL, Ark, or Notre Dame deserves the talk of the right to play for the title. To me a one loss Michigan deserves no shot because they did not win the Big 10. Until there is a playoff I think a conference championship is necessary to give the MNC any validity.

I give Florida top nod over any other one loss team because they lost a close game on a bad call on the road. The most confusing scenario for me would be a one loss USC and a one loss Arkansas.

Now the really tricky thing is what if ND, FL, USC, and Ark all lose 1 more. Then we are left with the one loss Big East champ. Hmmmmm, maybe a playoff isn't such a bad idea.
