I hate it when college kids get these things. Its a freakin drink. If he was trying to hit someone or trying to drive, I could understand.
What I did in college when drinking a mix drink was to only drink the mixer first and leave the alcohol at the bottom of the glass. When no one was looking I would then drink the shot. That way no one could truthfully say that they saw me drinking alcohol. Its a lost art I must admit.
What gets me about this whole Bomar deal is why hasn't Bob Stoops gone to the chief of police in Norman and said hey if your guys are having trouble or spot one of my boys doing something stupid call me first and I'll come down and take care of it. It's not like the cops in Norman, OK are frickin Crockett and Tubbs at Miami Vice. Geez, you'd think they'd cut some of their Sooner Boys some slack.
Rumor has it that former SEC Commish Roy Kramer was the bartender mixing Bomar's drinks and that his son was the arresting cop....at least that's according to the Tuscaloosa paper.
