Based on the location it sounds like it's going to be built across from the Union on the site of the old Honors College. When they originally moved it to the French House, I heard plans to build a garage and some sort of walkway connecting it to the Union, but it never happened and just thought the idea had been scrapped.
Gotcha. They do need an overpass walkway over highland right there too...all the students walking across slows highland road more than it already is.
They have more than double the fees that employees pay for the B and C tags. If they did not pull that money to spend elsewhere, i am sur they have a very good start to pay those off.
They need that money to pay for Easy Streets, which has been such a critically important use of university revenue.
