    SF just wants to give up his 4th Amendment rights because the Big Govt he loves can make him safer. BLah!

    I don't want terrorists to have free reign just because a few liberal pricks worry about things they don't need to worry about.

    the wife was found dead in the house. a paramedic saw weird biological dissemination equipment in the house and contacted the fbi (as local first responders are trained to do). they got a warrant to go in the house and check things out. both entering the house and detaining the guy is reasonable given that it takes days to figure out how she died and what organisms are in the dissemination devices.

    this is one of, if not the, main ways that terrorists are caught. this happens all the time--be it explosives, or bacteria or ricin or rad materials.

    Nonsense. A Grand Jury threw it all out. This is an example of how Patriot Act Powers were abused at the expense of a citizen.

    it is absolutely not non-sense. the case was dismissed because the guy was innocent. that has nothing to do with the rights of the gov to search. they had cause. without that cause, many terrorists would be caught to late.
