If a company is going bankrupt they should adjust their product and price to suit the consumer. Then the consumer would bail them out. Taxpayers should not have been forced to bail out or pay for anything. GM should've restructured and renogatiated contracts to stay competitive and in business. Green companies should improve technology on their on dime and not ours. It is not the governments responsibility to force the taxpayers to support and or buy a product.

“Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan has been one of the harshest critics of President Barack Obama's economic stimulus plan. But months after Congress approved the nearly $800 billion package, the Wisconsin lawmaker was trying to steer money under the program to companies in his home state.
Rep. Ryan wrote letters in 2009 to Energy Secretary Steven Chu and Labor Secretary Hilda Solis seeking stimulus grant money for two Wisconsin energy conservation companies. One of them, the nonprofit Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corp., later received $20.3 million from the Energy Department to help homes and businesses improve energy efficiency, according to federal records.
In a letter to Chu in December 2009, Ryan said the stimulus money would help his state create thousands of new jobs, save energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. That contrasted with his public statements denigrating the stimulus program as a "wasteful spending spree." It also conflicts with his larger federal budget proposal, which would slash Energy Department programs aimed at creating green jobs.
Ryan's office says his budget plan "calls for getting Washington out of the business of picking winners and losers in the economy – and that includes our energy sector."

And Obama and Biden maybe should be told also. Come November I'll make sure I tell them 2. At least Paul Ryan has put up a bipartisan plan to do something about the fiscal crisis this country has falling into. What has obama put up?

Los Angeles Times: Ryan’s Plan is “Highly Partisan.” On March 21, 2012, the Los Angeles Times referred to Ryan’s budget as highly partisan. “At some point, however, lawmakers will have to set the politicking aside and come up with a long-term fiscal plan that both parties can support. Ryan's proposal is not that plan. […] But the political reality in Washington is that highly partisan proposals don't get enacted. Baltimore Sun: Ryan’s Plan Underscores the Republican Party’s Inflexibility. Ryan: My Budget is Not Wyden-Ryan, It is the House Republican Budget. While giving an address on March 20, 2012, Paul Ryan was asked if part of budget that he was proposing was approved by Senator Ron Wyden. “This is not the Wyden-Ryan plan, this is the House Republican Budget […] I’m not going to sit here and tell you this is that plan, it’s not.” [Address by Paul Ryan at AEI, 3/20/12]

we have something called the internet to dispute lies like this. Paul Ryan is not bipartisan by a long stretch. Stop trying to deflect and admit that Ryan is a big spending hypocrite.

Ryan is considered a big spender Obama is the king. If not for job growth in republican governeres states the unemployment rate would be even higher. The economy is slowly recovering due to free market not Obama.
