This is my list. 1. Undefeated Alabama 2. Undefeated FSU 3. Undefeated Baylor 4. 1 loss Alabama (i.e., specifically a close loss to LSU) 5. Undefeated Ohio State 6. 1 loss Stanford 7. 1 loss Auburn 8. 1 loss Missouri 9. 1 loss Oregon 10. 1 loss Miami 11. 1 loss FSU 12. 1 loss Clemson 13. 1 loss Oklahoma State 14. Undefeated Fresno State I am certain of #3. Positions 4 through 7 are murky, to say the least.
I'm still not buying Baylor. I guess there's no use denying an undefeated Ohio State anymore, ugh,.. but do you really think Auburn and Missouri are top teams?
But if you have a one loss FSU and a one loss Miami it will only happen if Miami beats an undefeated FSU in the ACC Championship.
Oooh true... good point. my above statement is useless, i didn't know they were in separate divisions.
That one was hard to figure since the only way Miami wins out is beating FSU. So if that's their only losses and Miami wins the ACC because of it, I can't see how FSU stays ahead of Miami in the human polls. In fact, they definitely would not.
I'm buying Baylor because they showed me last night they have a legit top 10 defense. They also showed depth, when their premier RB went down and the 3rd stringer stepped in and ran for almost 200 yards. Another sign that this team is more than capable of going 12-0. The Big 12 is down this year and Baylor needs to take advantage of it. They are heads above the rest of this conference. They need to lay a whipping on each and every one of their remaining opponents. I think they will except for Oklahoma State. That's the one that could get them.
