my point is pierre is a recruiter, dollar is a recruiter, i assumed richard is a recruiter (maybe not) because he was the first thing ctj said he wanted. i assumed that meant richard is a recruiter because he is a La. guy. if ctj wants richard for coaching ability its just a coincidence he coached tech? and ive heard more lately about ctj being a recruiter too. sometimes its hard to tell from afar if a HC is the xs and os guy. anyway, it seems like coaching staffs are like teams in that you need role players. having 4 recruiters and no xs and os guys seems weird. but im just dreamin up stuff to worry about.
