I don't believe for one second that we will do another 2-QB system. I think it is JR's job and he will keep it just this year. Why just this year? Because he wins the Heisman and goes to the NFL right after. I hope he doesn't leave but the money comes calling
LOL....Crawfish, you come up with the craziest ****... LMAO :hihi: RP may very well be capable of starting--and winning--but, I really think we'll be better with someone who knows the offense (all have a fair shot with miles,) knows the SEC, and knows what to EXPECT from the SEC. Not ripping on Ryan, but the SEC is a little bit tougher than playing Destrahan, Hahnville, and Thibodaux... I don't think that Ryan could do it--I KNOW he could do it, BUT I also think that starting someone fresh like RP is asking for a tough loss later down the road where a more knowledgeable QB might have pulled out a W.
Crawfish is right on this one. The kid was 7-7 in a SCRIMMAGE. That's not real football. He wears a red jersy, and they can't touch him. I know you're his buddy and all, but how about letting him play in a real game before you go awarding him the first of his four Heismans, huh?
If I am not mistaken uga won the sec in 2002 with DJ Shockley. The only game Dj made a huge mistake was against UF. I am fine with the two qb system as long as it is effective. Steve Spurier used the two qb system and it worked for the gators
Hello football fans, this is cgisclair, aka Beano... RP will win 4 Heismans at LSU just like Ron Powlus did at Notre Dame.... Where can I find a good cajun cheese cake around this place?
